“Certainly we have been speaking, I know, of whether we should have retreat or defeat. Let’s remember the way to win is not to retreat and not to surrender.” – U.S Vice President Richard Nixon

Comrades, the imperialist pig dog understands at least one truth: that victory can only come from a people that are willing to give their lives in order to prevent retreat or surrender. We abided by the Geneva conventions of 1954, and our good faith has been met with U.S contempt as they’ve supported the Ngo Dinh Diem regime. Out of fear of our movement, they’ve refused to hold elections for reunification and have launched campaigns against our compatriots across South Vietnam. The Central Committee recognizes that this can no longer stand and has declared that a war of all people is necessary to drive the imperialists from our homes.

With our trust in Ho Chi Minh and our own arms, we will drive the last vestiges of feudalism and imperialism out of Vietnam and become a beacon of socialism for our revolutionary brothers. To do this, we will need to watch relations with our socialist brothers in China and the Soviet Union, we will need to unify and organize our northern and southern operations, and we will always need to keep an eye on the great imperialist in Washington lest they smother our revolution. Comrades from across Vietnam, our fate is in your hands. Do not let Ho Chi Minh down.
